stampcard Terms & Conditions – Antwerp Coffee Week 2026

Article 1 – Organizer

This competition is organized by Antwerp Specialty Coffee Collective vzw (non-profit organization), established in Belgium (hereinafter: the “Organizer”). The competition takes place in the context of Antwerp Coffee Week 2026.

Article 2 – Acceptance of the Terms

Participation in this competition implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions are available upon request and via the official Antwerp Coffee Week website.

Article 3 – Eligibility

There is no entry fee to participate or submit a stamp card. However, to qualify for a valid entry, participants must obtain stamps through mandatory consumption, as detailed in Article 4.
Participants must:
  • Be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
  • Hand in a valid, fully completed, and legitimately stamped official Antwerp Coffee Week stamp card.
The following persons are excluded from participation:
  • Board members, employees, and volunteers of Antwerp Coffee Week.
  • Any person directly or indirectly involved in the organization of this competition.
Multiple entries per person are allowed, provided each entry consists of a unique, validly completed stamp card.

Article 4 – How to Enter

To validly participate, entrants must:
  • Obtain an official stamp card at a participating venue.
  • Collect stamps from 10 different participating venues. A stamp will only be awarded upon the mandatory purchase of at least one consumption per participant at that specific participating venue. Stamps obtained without a qualifying purchase are invalid.
  • Submit the fully completed card online no later than May 24, 2026.
Participants must also answer the mandatory tie-breaker question: “From the total number of distributed stamp cards, how many fully completed cards will be submitted?” (Answer must be a specific number).
Incomplete, illegible, unverified, or late entries will be declared invalid.

Article 5 – Winner

Selection This competition does not qualify as a game of chance under Belgian law, as a tie-breaker question is used to eliminate chance.
Winners will be determined based on:
  • A valid, legitimately obtained, and fully completed stamp card.
  • The correct answer to the tie-breaker question, or, failing that, the closest answer to the actual number.
In the event of a tie (identical or equally close answers), priority will be given to the entry submitted first (based on the date and time of online submission). The Organizer’s decision is final and binding and cannot be contested.

Article 6 – Prizes

Prizes are provided by partners of Antwerp Specialty Coffee Collective and the Organizer themselves.
Prizes:
  • Are personal and non-transferable.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
The Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal value if necessary.

Article 7 – Notification & Collection

Winners will be announced on the official Antwerp Coffee Week Instagram channel and contacted via the details provided. If a winner does not respond within 5 days of the announcement, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Prizes must be collected in person. No shipping or delivery will be arranged.

Article 8 – Liability

The Organizer cannot be held liable for:
  • Any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the competition.
  • Any technical issues, delays, or unforeseen circumstances affecting participation or the outcome.

Article 9 – Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data (such as name and contact details) will be processed solely for the purpose of administering this competition. Personal data will not be shared with third parties and will be deleted two years after the competition, unless explicit consent is given for further use. Participants have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Article 10 – Fraud & Abuse

The Organizer reserves the right to exclude and disqualify any participant immediately in case of:
  • Fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the competition.
  • Collecting stamps without making the mandatory purchase at a participating venue.
  • Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Article 11 – Amendments & Cancellation

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.

Article 12 – Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

This competition is governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belgium.
